Returns Policy

All products are made to the customer's specifications and are personalised with the customer's artwork, logo, or design; consequently orders are exempt from the 14-day consumer cancellation right under applicable consumer protection laws. Therefore, once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled.

In the unlikely event that an item is faulty or defective and a valid claim is made, we may, at our sole discretion, replace the item (or the faulty part in question) or refund the price paid (or an appropriate proportion of the price paid).
