Returns Policy


Orders are made to your specification and/or personalised by you, consequently you may not cancel the order once you have placed it and no refunds can be offered. In the unlikely event that an item is faulty or defective and a valid claim is made, we may, at our sole discretion, replace the item (or the faulty part in question) or refund the price paid (or an appropriate proportion of the price paid).

This date is an estimated delivery date only, it is not a guaranteed delivery date.

The estimated delivery date depends on your artwork being provided in a print-ready format and approving any proofs (where required) within a specified time period. If changes are made to proofs this may affect the estimated delivery date.
